Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") before using Attic.

By using Attic, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Attic is owned and operated by adboio, LLC ("we", "us", "our").

2. Using Attic

You may use Attic only in compliance with:

  • these Terms
  • applicable laws

You agree not to:

  • misuse the service
  • attempt to hack or disrupt systems
  • upload illegal or harmful content

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.

3. User Accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you do create one, you are responsible for keeping it secure.

4. Your Content

You own your content.

You grant Attic permission to:

  • store your content
  • process it
  • transmit to AI providers to operate features

We do not claim ownership.

You are responsible for what you submit.

5. AI Features Disclaimer

Attic uses AI to assist with recall and search. AI may occasionally:

  • return incorrect information
  • misunderstand content
  • produce unexpected responses

Attic is provided "as is" with no guarantee of accuracy.

Do not rely on Attic for:

  • medical advice
  • legal advice
  • financial decisions
  • safety-critical purposes

You use AI features at your own risk.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Attic uses Apple In-App Purchases for subscriptions.

  • Apple manages billing
  • Apple manages payments
  • Refunds are handled by Apple

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in-app.

We may terminate access for:

  • abuse
  • violations of law
  • terms violations

Upon deletion:

  • your stored data is permanently deleted

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • we are not liable for data loss
  • we are not liable for reliance on AI outputs

Your sole remedy is to stop using Attic.

9. Changes to Service

We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, USA.
